Tonto Creek

This Salado ruin, probably from the 13th century, overlooks Tonto Creek, just downstream from the town of Gisela. It has several rooms, the largest of which is defined by a giant oval wall.

Anyone who explores Tonto Creek can find many other ruins in the area, especially downstream closer to Roosevelt Lake (the Salt River in ancient times).
